Our commitment

Built by MQ is committed to GDPR compliance. We process personal data lawfully, transparently, and only for specified purposes.

Legal basis

We process data based on: consent (contact forms), contract performance (client projects), and legitimate interest (website analytics and improvement).

Data processor agreements

When handling client data in projects, we act as data processor under client instructions. Data processing agreements are available upon request.

Data breach notification

In the event of a data breach affecting personal data, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours and affected individuals where required.

Supervisory authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (Dutch Data Protection Authority) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
