Agreement

By using the Built by MQ website and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Project-specific terms are defined in individual service agreements.

Services

Built by MQ provides digital product design and development services including websites, web applications, mobile apps, and related consulting. Scope and deliverables are defined per project.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of project deliverables as defined in the service agreement. Built by MQ retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Payment

Payment terms are specified in each project proposal. Typical structure: deposit upon agreement, milestone payments during development, final payment before launch.

Limitation of liability

Built by MQ's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands.
